These Terms and Conditions do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Kreative Konnexion for products, services or otherwise. Kreative Konnexion reserves the right to change, modify and/or terminate the Blunt Club program and/or these Terms and Conditions or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to the Blunt Club program at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.bluntdeal.in, and due to such changes or modifications your rights will be waived, which you may have been entitled to receive. Your participation in the Blunt Club program confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms and Conditions and applicable policies from time to time to understand the Terms and Conditions that apply to the Blunt Club program. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, you must stop participating in the Blunt Club program.
The Blunt Club program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. If you are below the age 18, you may only use the Blunt Club program under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read our Privacy Policy (https://www.bluntdeal.in/privacy-policy) carefully to understand how Bluntdealcollects, uses and discloses information about its customers.
The Blunt Club program is one way in which Kreative Konnexion endeavours to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing Kreative Konnexion products at participating Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion stores in India and on www.bluntdeal.in. To enrol in the Blunt Club program and receive program benefits, visit the program tab or page in website at www.bluntdeal.in. Follow the prompts to sign up for an account and fill the enrolment form with your details. The enrolment process may require that you provide the following information using the online registration form: a valid 10-digit Indian mobile number (required in order to receive all eligible rewards), an email ID, first name, last name, gender, postal address (required to send a physical Blunt Club membership card), birthday and anniversary date, etc. For ease of reference, in these Terms and Conditions, the term “Blunt Club card” refers to a physical or digital/virtual Blunt Club Card, that may be used in India, either online or at a participating Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion store in India which will be soon be initiated. You can also enrol at a participating Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion store by giving your mobile number at the time of transacting. The store staff will ask you for your mobile number and reconfirm if you would like to join the program. If you choose to Opt-out of the program, the store staff will unsubscribe you from the program. Once enrolled in the program you become a Member of the program.
The customer expressly warrants that the mobile number given by the Member is the Member’s valid Indian mobile number issued specifically to the Member by an Indian Mobile Services Provider. Further, the Member represents and warrants that the mobile number provided by the Member to Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion for the program is Member’s own, valid and existing mobile number.
A customer visiting the store and agreeing to enrol for the Program (“Member”) shall provide the store personnel with a valid Indian mobile number to complete the enrolment formalities. The Member should note that the mobile number so provided will be the registered with the program and all future transactions of accumulation of points will be on the basis of the registered mobile number. The Member confirms that by enrolling for the Program, it is construed that each Member has read and understood the Terms and Conditions and has accepted and agreed to unconditionally abide by the same.
Upon enrolment, customers agree to receive communication from Blunt Club program about their transactions and/or any promotions from Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion. All special offers, updates and account activity details will be communicated to the Member through SMS (on the mobile number registered with the Blunt Club program), direct mail and/or email and/or any other digital medium. The Company shall not be responsible in any manner for any loss, delay, incorrect or incomplete communication. The Blunt Club benefits are determined based on the amount you spend at a participating Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion store in India and the number of “Points” that you earn through your spending at a participating Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion store by using your Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion card or registered mobile number. A “Point” for purposes of the Blunt Club program, holds the value of One Indian Rupee worth of spends at the time of redemption at a participating Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion store in India, on the Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion website online or at participating experiences and events. No “Points” will be rewarded for purchases made with a registered Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion card in any Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion store outside India once it is operational.
For each qualified purchase, you will receive Points at the rates presented in Exhibit 1, at any participating Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion store in India or at www.bluntdeal.in, except during limited time promotions when Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion may offer “Bonus Points” on featured products and/or services. Points are for promotional purposes only and have no cash value. You can manage your account and track your rewards online at www.Blunt Club.bluntdeal.in.

The Blunt Club Tiers & Benefits
Currently, there are five (5) tiers in the Blunt Club program which are allocated to you basis the amount you have spent with Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion over a pre-determined period. By providing a valid 10-digit Indian mobile number at the time of a transaction at a participating Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion store in India or on www.bluntdeal.in, you will be enrolled in the Blunt Club program at the Bronze tier. If you spend Rs. 45,000 within a twelve (12) month period, you will advance to the Silver Level. If you spend Rs. 90,000 within a twelve (12) month period, you will advance to the Gold Level. If you spend Rs. 120,000 within a twelve (12) month period, you will advance to the Dimond Level. If you spend Rs. 2,00,000 within a twelve (12) month period, you will advance to the Platinum tier.
Once you reach a specific tier within the Blunt Club program, you will receive the benefits that are applicable to that tier. A tier upgrade is granted only after the spend threshold has been crossed. For example a first-time shopper will automatically join at the Bronze tier and will have access to benefits at that tier. If his/her first transaction is for Rs. 90,000, he/she will earn at the Bronze earn rate for that first transaction. Once that transaction is completed and the invoice generated, his/her account will reflect a spend of Rs. 90,000 and he/she will then be upgraded to the Gold tier with immediate effect. You must continue to spend at a participating Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion store or on www.bluntdeal.in in order to maintain your tier. Refer to Exhibit 2 below. At each tier of membership, you must spend the amount mentioned in the “Retention Spend” column within a 12-month period from the date of joining that tier in order to continue to remain in that tier. If you spend the amount mentioned in the “Upgrade Spend” column in your current tier, you will be upgraded to the next tier with immediate effect. In case you do not spend the required “Retention Spend” amount in a tier in the 12-month period, you will be downgraded to the tier below at the end of your 12-month period.

Please note that “Points” accumulated for each level will only be valid for 48 months from the date you reach the particular level. For example: You shopped for Rs. 2,000 and enrolled for Blunt Club at a participating Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion store in India on 2nd January 2022 by giving your mobile number at the time of the transaction. You will be placed in the Bronze tier and 20 points will be credited to your account. These 20 points will be valid from 2nd January 2022 until 1st January 2026. On 2nd January 2026, these 20 Points will expire and you will no longer be able to use them. Points earned after the 2nd of January 2022, will still be valid until they reach their own 48 month expiry date.
In case you have been a Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion customer prior to the launch of the Blunt Club program then the benefits of the Blunt Club program will be available to you from the day the program has launched.
All rewards expire at midnight (at 00:00 hrs Indian Standard Time) on the date of expiry of the reward.
Bronze tier
You will earn points at the rate of 1% for all transactions. This means that for every Rs. 100 you spend in a participating Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion store or on www.bluntdeal.in, you will earn 1 point. You will have access to the following benefits:
1. Redeeming points for discounts: The value of 1 Point is Re. 1. The points can be redeemed at any participating Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion store once operational in India or on www.bluntdeal.in.
2. Redeeming points for experiences: The value of 1 Point is Re. 1. The points can be redeemed against specially curated experiences that are brought to you by Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion and are listed at www.Blunt Club.bluntdeal.in.
3. Personalized offers and coupons: Special offers may be circulated to you by email or SMS. You must provide a valid email, contact number and postal address in order to receive your special offers. Special offers are a part of a personal marketing program and offers may be customized based on purchase behaviours and preferences. Special offers may include periodic discounts, bonus points on purchase etc. Special offers may have certain restrictions including expiry dates and short time-limited redemption periods. Special offers are personal to you and cannot be shared, copied or transferred. Silver tier
You will earn points at the rate of 2% for all transactions. This means that for every Rs. 100 you spend in a participating Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion store or on www.bluntdeal.in, you will earn 2 points. You will have access to the following benefits:

5. Invitations to collection launch events: Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion may invite you to previews for collection launch events that are planned at specific stores at certain times of the year. The invitation will be sent to you by email or SMS. You must provide a valid email and contact number in order to receive your invitations. Any travel undertaken by you to the Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion store to view the collection launch events shall be solely done by you and any costs and expenses for such travel to the Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion store shall be solely borne by you and Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion shall not be held liable or responsible for such costs/expenses.
Dimond tier
You will earn points at the rate of 5% for all transactions. This means that for every Rs. 100 you spend in a participating Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion store or on www.bluntdeal.in, you will earn 5 points. You will have access to the following benefits:
1. Redeeming points for discounts: The value of 1 Point is Re. 1. The points can be redeemed at any participating Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion store in India once operational or on www.bluntdeal.in.

The invitation will be sent to you by email or SMS. You must provide a valid email and contact number in order to receive your invitations. Any travel undertaken by you to the Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion store to view the collection launch events shall be solely done by you and any costs and expenses for such travel to the Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion store shall be solely borne by you and Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion shall not be held liable or responsible for such costs/expenses.
6. Shopping by appointment: Shopping by Appointment is a service during which the participating member will be accompanied by a member of Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion store staff (“Shopping Assistant”) while they shop at a Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion store, for the duration of their appointment. Appointments are subject to the availability of a Shopping Assistant and can be booked on the telephone. Check www.Blunt Club.bluntdeal.in for a list of participating stores and the booking process. Individual appointments are available during Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion store opening hours for a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 2 hours. Shoppers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult member who is a member and will be subjected to the Terms and Conditions of the Blunt Club program. Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion’s normal shopping policies will apply to any purchases made during a ‘Shopping by Appointment’ session. This does not affect your statutory or other legal rights. Shopping Assistants are available to give advice only. Customers are under no obligation to purchase any items recommended by the Shopping Assistant. Cancellations of appointments must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Customers may rebook their appointment by calling the store or Member Care Call Centre. Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion reserves the right to cancel, terminate or refuse to schedule a Shopping by Appointment for any reason at its sole discretion, including in circumstances outside of its control. Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion may endeavour in its sole discretion to reschedule cancelled appointments with the member at Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion’s earliest convenience. Any travel undertaken by you to the Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion store under this category shall be solely done by you and any costs and expenses for such travel to the Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion store shall be solely borne by you and Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion shall not be held liable or responsible for such costs/expenses.
Platinum tier
You will earn points at the rate of 7% for all transactions. This means that for every Rs. 100 you spend in a participating Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion store or on www.bluntdeal.in, you will earn 7 points. You will have access to the following benefits:
1. Redeeming points for discounts: The value of 1 Point is Re. 1. The points can be redeemed at any participating Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion store in India once operational or on www.bluntdeal.in.
2. Redeeming points for experiences: The value of 1 Point is Re. 1. The points can be redeemed against specially curated experiences that are brought to you by Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion and are listed at www.Blunt Club.bluntdeal.in.

The invitation will be sent to you by email or SMS. You must provide a valid email and contact number in order to receive your invitations. You will be having exclusive prior lunch buying preference.
9. Assigned a Relationship Manager: Platinum members will be assigned a Relationship Manager who will act as their first point of contact for any issues within the Bluntdeal/Kreative Konnexion system. The Relationship Manager may need to contact you from time to time with updates about special events, offers, invites, etc. Details of your assigned Relationship Manager will be sent to you via SMS/email. You must provide a valid email, contact number and postal address in order to receive this information.
